there is a large effect on IELTS score based on their non-linguistic factors.
take me as an example,im frm a village.im doing my b.tech final year.even now also i cant speak English fast.i need to search for words if i need to speak in english.the person like me how will get IELTS marks more.NO,'cause v r frm village background v dont kno english properly upto my engineering.
this is not only the case, me only an example.factors like these should effect the score in IELTS.

thank u.
